Had a lovely Christmas break at this beautiful hotel! The pool was amazing and a great way to relax under the sunshine. The location was perfect with lots of shops and restaurants around. Plus, it was only a short walk to the beach.
During our stay, one of our party hurt themselves and we found the staff to be quite lacking in knowledge when it came to first aid. It caused some confusion and frustration, but thankfully we were able to receive medical care.

The hotel is simply breathtaking! the building architecture is stunning, and the gardens are so green and peaceful. the swimming pool was amazing, perfect if you love a refreshing swim. the breakfast buffet was very good! there was an excellent variety of dishes and beverages to choose from.
The staff needs more training in their service. When my travel companion had an accident, the staff was not prepared to deal with it and their response was not adequate.

This hotel was an exquisite experience for us. the exclusive amenities, such as the private facilities and the swimming pool, were top-notch. the room's advantages were magnificent and certainly fulfilled our luxurious needs. the breakfast was delicious too.
The service was not up to standards. There was only one minor issue, where we needed assistance with a medical emergency, and the staff lacked the necessary knowledge.
